This article presents the results of developing an organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring foreign trade security in the Russian agro-industrial complex. The reasons for the need to improve foreign trade security in the agro-industrial complex are identified. The organizational and economic parameters of the developed mechanism and some aspects of its practical implementation under sanctions imposed by states unfriendly to the Russian Federation are substantiated.
