The subject of the study is the economic efficiency of feed production in the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan, including an analysis of costs, productivity of feed crops and the impact on the cost of livestock production. The article proposes an assessment of the level of economic efficiency of feed production in agricultural enterprises of Tatarstan and the identification of reserves for its increase. As part of the study, the following tasks were set and solved: an analysis of the economic efficiency of feed production in the Republic of Tatarstan was considered; identified key factors that affect the profitability of the industry, such as soil quality, climatic conditions, the use of new technological resources, crop rotation and government support; possible ways to improve efficiency are considered as one of the promising ones - the introduction of various innovative processes. The authors analyzed the costs of feed production, identified a number of factors affecting the efficiency of feed production, on the example of a specific enterprise of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan, the introduction of digitalization was proposed and the economic effect of this proposal was presented on the example of Saba LLC of the Sabinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
