This paper presents the formal architecture, theoretical rationale, and validation roadmap of the IDIBS™ (Índice Dinâmico de Biocompatibilidade Sistêmica / Dynamic Index of Systemic Biocompatibility) — a multidimensional assessment instrument designed for personalized dermonutrition protocol generation within the Fitodermonutrição™ framework. The IDIBS™ integrates eight dimensional sub-indices — ICDT™ (cutaneous exposome/terroir), JTDA™ (neuroendocrine-cutaneous tolerance), CINC™ (nutritional-inflammatory load), ICRC™ (circadian-behavioral coherence), IHCP™ (hormonal cycle), IGSM™ (gut-skin-microbiome), IEPA™ (environmental pollutant exposure), and ICMC™ (misinformation/cosmetic-behavioral load) — into a weighted composite holistic score. The instrument architecture, dimensional rationale, inter-index dependency rules, critical override conditions (including the JTDA safety threshold), and a four-phase validation roadmap (content validity, construct validity, criterion validity, predictive validity) are described. The paper establishes IDIBS™ as a testable, falsifiable psychometric-style instrument and provides the formal specification necessary for independent replication and scientific critique.
