Examines benefits affecting performance in employees, highlighting implications for HR management.
Employee benefits play a crucial role in influencing employee performance, especially from a Human Resource Management perspective. In today’s competitive business environment, organizations recognize that financial compensation alone is not sufficient to motivate employees. Additional benefits such as health insurance, performance incentives, retirement plans, paid leave, training programs, and work–life balance initiatives significantly contribute to employee satisfaction and productivity. This study examines the effect of employee benefits on the performance of employees and analyzes how structured benefit programs enhance motivation, commitment, and overall organizational effectiveness. The findings of the study aim to provide insights for HR managers to design effective benefit policies that align with organizational goals. By understanding the connection between employee welfare initiatives and performance levels, organizations can build a motivated workforce, enhance productivity, and achieve sustainable growth. Ultimately, well-structured employee benefit programs act as a catalyst in improving employee performance and strengthening overall organizational success.
