This study aims to explore how stroboscopic eyewear affects volley accuracy and reactive agility in padel players.
Two experimental sessions using stroboscopic eyewear and normal conditions in a counterbalanced design.
Twenty male competitive padel players participated in the study.
Volley accuracy and reactive agility were assessed during and after warm-ups in both conditions.
Volley accuracy significantly decreased under stroboscopic conditions compared to normal (p < 0.001).
Post-warm-up volley performance improved after using stroboscopic eyewear (p = 0.041).
No significant differences in reactive agility were found, though results favored stroboscopic use (p = 0.092).
