Exact calculations of CKM and PMNS parameters in a quantum framework, suggesting new testable predictions.
v6 (final): All PMNS gaps closed. sin²θ13 = λ²/N2 - λ4√N2 = 0.0219 (obs 0.022, 0.4%). Universal correction pattern Δ(sin²θ) = ±λ2n×N±1/2. 11 zero-parameter predictions, 8 within 1%: CKM: sinθC=exp(-14/(3π)) (0.04%), Vcb (4%), |Vub| (3%), δ=π/3 (12%), J (5%) PMNS: sin²θ12=1/3-λ²/√3 (0.1%), sin²θ23=1/2+λ²√2 (0.4%), sin²θ13=λ²/2-λ4√2 (0.4%), δPMNS=π/2 (matches best fit) Universal: δ=π/g, β=Nπ²/((k+g)(k+g+1)), md/ms=sin²θC (3%) All from SU(3)3⊗SU(2)2 at q=eiπ/6. LaTeX source included. Testable: δPMNS=-π/2 for DUNE.
