Randomized trial designs a cloud-based smart government service platform, indicating enhanced urban governance.
Abstract:With the acceleration of urbanization and the deep integration of information technology, the construction of smart cities has become a key path to enhance urban governance capabilities and public service levels. Currently, many city government service platforms face issues such as data silos, heterogeneous systems, low resource utilization, and slow service response, making it difficult to meet the public's demand for efficient, convenient, and personalized government services. Therefore, this study focuses on designing a cloud-based smart government service platform, aiming to build a unified, open, and intelligent government service system through the elastic resource allocation, centralized data management, and service integration capabilities of cloud computing technology. The research first analyzes typical business scenarios and technical requirements for smart government services, and then designs the overall architecture of the platform, which encompasses three layers: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS). It integrates key technologies such as big data analysis, microservices, and containerization to achieve the aggregation and sharing of government data, collaborative optimization of business processes, and rapid deployment of intelligent applications. The platform design emphasizes security, scalability, and user-friendliness. It integrates hardware resources through virtualization technology, utilizes distributed storage and computing to enhance processing efficiency, and provides personalized service recommendations and decision support with the help of intelligent engines.
