Korelasi Antara Teori Belajar Konstruktivisme Lev Vygotsky Dengan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (Pbl)

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Lev Vygotsky's constructivism learning theory and the problem-based learning (PBL) learning model. This research is a type of library research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods in this study use documentation methods such as bubu-book articles related to constructivism theory and Problem Based Learning learning models. Data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman model include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between Lev Vygotsky's constructivism theory, especially the concept of Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) and scaffolding with the Problem Based Learning learning model. This is seen from the application of the same principles of how learning occurs effectively. Both emphasize active, collaborative, context-based learning and are supported by appropriate guidance so that overall it can create a learning environment that supports students' cognitive development and skills in solving problems. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara teori belajar konstruktivisme Lev Vygotsky dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan atau library research dengan Pendekatan Kualitatif. Metode Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi seperti bubu-buku artikel yang terkait tentang teori konstruktivisme dan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Teknik analisis data mengunakan model Miles dan Huberman meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara teori konstruktivisme Lev Vygotsky terutama konsep Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) dan scaffolding dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Hal tersebut diilihat dari penerapan prinsip-prinsip yang sama tentang bagaimana pembelajaran terjadi secara efektif. Keduanya menekankan pembelajaran aktif, kolaboratif, berbasis konteks dan didukung oleh bimbingan yang tepat sehingga secara keseluruhan dapat menciptkan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung perkembangan kognitif dan keterampilan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah.
