This article analyzes the innovative didactic opportunities of the “master–apprentice” tradition within the higher education system. The study highlights the pedagogical essence of cooperation between students and teachers based on an axiological approach and reveals the impact of mentoring technologies on educational effectiveness. Furthermore, the didactic potential of digital technologies, reflective methods, individualized learning trajectories, and innovative mentoring platforms in modern higher education is examined through scientific sources. The findings indicate that the “master–apprentice” system serves as an important pedagogical mechanism for developing students’ professional competence, independent thinking, and moral-ethical qualities.
