Identifies factors affecting career loyalty in early education graduates, suggesting improvement strategies.
This study focuses on the issue of career loyalty among early education graduates. A self-designed questionnaire was developed from five dimensions: organisational loyalty, professional loyalty, job satisfaction, intention to stay, and educational values. Through reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis, it was found that weakening educational values, weak intention to stay, and insufficient job satisfaction are important factors affecting the career loyalty of early education graduates. Targeted countermeasures are proposed from three aspects: strengthening professional value identity, enhancing professional stability and sense of belonging, and optimising salary and development environment, providing a reference basis for improving the career loyalty of early education graduates.
