Why the study?
Does the QRST isointegral map correlate with the occurrence of severe ventricular arrhythmias in patients with acute myocardial infarction?
Does the QRST isointegral map correlate with the occurrence of severe ventricular arrhythmias in patients with acute myocardial infarction?
QRST isointegral mapping from day 4 onwards in acute myocardial infarction may help identify susceptibility to severe ventricular arrhythmias.
May support arrhythmia risk stratification from day 4 in AMI; leaves open prospective validation before clinical adoption.
