Confirmatory validation protocol evaluates input temporal morphology and z-coordinate determinants in 45 substrates, suggesting potential insights into predictive mechanisms.
This pre-registration document establishes the confirmatory validation protocol for PHILIA Phase SC-3, extending the substrate temporal morphology classification framework from Phase SC-2 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20422131, n=45 substrates). Four confirmatory hypotheses are registered under Bonferroni correction (α=0.0125, k=4): H-SC3-Primary: Spearman ρ(MSE, z_ref) ≥ +0.60 (n=45, one-sided) — Multiscale Entropy as universal z-predictor. H-SC3-Secondary: AR(1)-conditional ρ(AC1_input, z_ref) ≤ −0.85 (n=10, one-sided) — Input lag-1 autocorrelation as direct z-determinant within AR(1) regime. H-SC3-Mechanism-NULL: partial ρ(SR_final, z_ref | AC1_input) equivalence |ρ| < 0.50 (TOST, n=10) — SR_final is proxy for AC1, not independent mediator. H-SC3-NULL: ρ(SR_final, z_ref) equivalence |ρ| < 0.30 (TOST, n=45) — SR_final has no universal z-predictive contribution. Pre-registration measurements (SC-3 exploratory, seeds 47–51): MSE ρ=+0.659 (p=8.6×10⁻⁷), AC1 ρ=−0.964 (AR(1), p<0.001), partial ρ(SR,z|AC1)=+0.358 (p=0.310, non-significant). H-SC3-Reverse (chaos regime ρ(MSE,z)=−0.548, n=8) deferred to Appendix due to insufficient power (0.170) and LOOCV instability. Apparatus: v32 self-raw × 3-channel normalization (SC-1/SC-2 lineage, BUG-1~6 patched, LOCKED). Seeds disjoint: SC-2D [42–46], SC-3 [47–51]. 5-AI adversarial review pipeline (판도라→루카스→크리스 67–73차→서생→선비→길잡이): UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPT. Hardware: AMD Ryzen 9 9800X3D + RTX 4080 SUPER 16GB, Windows 11 Home (C:). Measurement is life.
