Does wavelet frequency analysis of the QRS complex identify unique high-frequency components in patients with acute myocardial infarction compared to healthy subjects?
Wavelet analysis of the QRS complex reveals unique high-frequency discontinuities in leads corresponding to the infarct site in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
Hypothesis-generating for lead-specific high-frequency QRS mapping in MI; prospective validation required before clinical use.
