Recently Penton, Miller and Levine2 have detailed their experience in 251 office and hospital patients with the same disorder. The purpose of the present publication is to expand the original series of Graybiel and White with experience through the year 1955, for comparison with the similar group of Penton et al., with particular emphasis on the clinical features, nature of the underlying heart disease, and the ultimate outcome of the patients.A review of...Bibliography1.
