Mazkur maqolada ijtimoiy xavf ostidagi bolalar rivojlanishini ta’minlashda U.Bronfenbrennerning ekotizimli yondashuvi va insonparvarlik paradigmasining ilmiy-nazariy asoslari tahlil qilingan. Muallif bola rivojini mikro, mezo, ekzo va makrotizimlarning o‘zaro ta’siri sifatida ko‘rib chiqadi. Maqolada ta’lim tizimida himoya, qo‘llab-quvvatlash va ijtimoiy adolat tamoyillarining ustuvorligi, shuningdek, oila–maktab–jamoa hamkorligining bola ijtimoiy moslashuvidagi roli yoritilgan.
