Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) have become an increasing public health concern worldwide. Early prevention during childhood and adolescence is essential for reducing future disease burden. This review analyzes the role of personal hygiene and balanced nutrition in preventing obesity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and other chronic conditions among schoolchildren in Uzbekistan. The findings suggest that healthy lifestyle education should be integrated into school health programs to reduce modifiable risk factors and improve long-term health outcomes.
