Investigates motor vibration and noise suppression through rotor skewing, suggesting optimal configurations.
This paper focuses on the analysis of the vibration and noise characteristics of the IPMSM model. Firstly, it employs finite element simulation techniques to analyze the harmonic composition and order distribution of the radial electromagnetic force wave in the IPMSM. Based on this, the inherent modes of the stator core and shell structure of the motor are solved, and the finite element analysis (FEA) is conducted on the electromagnetic vibration harmonic response and noise frequency response generated by the electromagnetic force wave acting on the stator teeth. Finally, the effect of the segmented skewing method of the rotor on the suppression of motor vibration and noise characteristics is studied, selecting the optimal segmented skewing scheme for the motor.
