Demonstrates efficient hydroamination in alkynes, indicating a simple synthesis method.
An intramolecular zinc‐catalyzed double hydroamination of alkynes functionalized with bis‐ N ‐nucleophilic moiety has been realized. Advantageously, the reaction utilized a commercially available Zn(NTf 2 ) 2 as the catalyst, not needing the support of any precious‐metals and ligands. This process features mild condition, high reactivity, and broad substrate tolerance, thus providing a one‐pot, operationally simple, and atom‐economical access to a diversity of underexplored fuzed dihydrobenzimidazole derivatives in good to excellent yields.
