Part III of the GCFT art edition series documents a focused, pre-registered test campaign of the density-screened coherence coupling architecture established in CDN-142 (kappa=0. 15, rhocrit=10⁴ M☉/kpc³). Seven CDNs are collected in sequence: the coupling architecture (CDN-142), the Local Group activation map (CDN-144), the charm-node/density-screening reconciliation (CDN-145), the surviving prediction map (CDN-146), the M33 pericenter null (CDN-147), the Leo I escape velocity test (CDN-148), and the 22-satellite population boundary survey (CDN-149). Two tests returned clean nulls, one returned a measurement-conflict positive, and one returned a population-level directional signal. No kill conditions were triggered. Gaia DR4 is the pre-registered decisive arbiter for Leo I and Crater II.
