This synthesis record documents a pre-registered research chain testing the density-screened coupling of General Coherence Field Theory (GCFT) against Milky Way satellite kinematics. The coupling architecture — f (ρ) = exp- (ρ/ρcrit) ², κ=0. 15, ρcrit=10⁴ M☉/kpc³ — was established in CDN-142 after two branches were falsified (Yukawa, mass-ratio). Five independent tests follow: CDN-142 (theory/architecture), CDN-144 (Local Group predictions map), CDN-147 (M33 orbit ensemble, clean null via pericenter degeneracy), CDN-148 (Leo I escape velocity, measurement-conflict limited), CDN-149 (22-satellite MW boundary survey, population-consistent, Crater II rescue signature). All kill conditions were pre-registered before code runs. Gaia DR4 is the pre-registered decisive arbiter for Leo I and Crater II.
