PHILIA Phase SC-11 Results Report: PCA Cross-Campaign Structural Test, AR(1) Canonical Protection, and Chaos vs Non-Chaos 2-Cluster Validation — 2/3 CONFIRMED under Bonferroni k=3 (v32 Apparatus, n=184 Substrates, 920 Runs)

We report the results of PHILIA Phase SC-11, the third pre-registered confirmatory study conducted under the PHILIA OS Identity Declaration (78th DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20695816). SC-11 applies the locked v32 apparatus to n=184 substrates (182 existing + 2 newly registered AR(1) substrates: ar1_phi080, ar1_phi085) under independent seeds [92–96] (T=80,000; 920 total runs, 920 successful). Three hypotheses were tested under Bonferroni correction (k=3, α_per=0.017, one-tailed): H-Primary β (PCA Cross-Campaign Structural Test): CONFIRMED. PC1 variance = 95.01% across 182×6 z-score matrix (SC-8 through SC-11, k=6 campaigns). ρ(PC2 loading, campaign order) p = 0.468 — no campaign-level drift detected. Substrate-dominant structure confirmed. H-Secondary δ (AR(1) φ-sweep): NOT CONFIRMED. SC-11 single-campaign ρ(φ, z_ref) = −0.9459 (threshold ≤ −0.95) and OLS R² = 0.788 (threshold ≥ 0.80).
