This architecture theory work explores a new method for visualizing higher-dimensional spaces, suggesting implications for representation.
This article is a work of architecture theory in which the author argues for a new visualization method of higher dimensional spaces. It explores a collision of ideas from Charles Howard Hinton, Luis Albert Necker, and Albert Einstein to reimagine a model for representing four-dimensional spaces and beyond. Using graph theory as a framework for a new form of illustration, the author argues that complexity, redundancy and misperception are reduced by the use of non-Cartesian representation.
