Confirms substrate discriminability in the PHILIA OS Phase 2 research, indicating new insights in classification methods.
This document constitutes the 99th DOI results report of the PHILIA OS research series (Trinity AI Research Team, Konyang University), reporting the confirmatory and supplementary results of the Phase 2 Port B Sine Probe Experiment. Pre-registration DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21256207 H-99-Primary: CONFIRMED — 7/8 Inside-8 substrates outside batch-specific Port B AR1 boundary (Method 1: min/max, seeds 50–59; threshold ≥ 5/8). Five substrates (duffing, sprott_b, dadras, kuramoto, henon) showed robust Outside classification across all five independent seed batches; ikeda was additionally Outside in 4/5 batches (Variable tier). lorenz_variant achieved first-ever Outside classification in the confirmatory batch (anomalous rescue — boundary-proximal, not a structural transition). nose_hoover remains the sole structural Inside (0/5 batches — structural discriminability limit of the CEI 8D fingerprint space). H-99-Secondary: Anomalous rescue — pre-registered prediction (lorenz_variant + nose_hoover both Inside) partially deviated. lorenz_variant Outside margin: seq_AC1 +0.001342, SD1/SD2 −0.001741 (boundary-proximal seed event). nose_hoover Inside confirmed across all batches. AR1 FP = 2/26 (ar2_pos, ar1_phi055 — floating-point boundary coincidence; margin = 0.000000). Appendix (non-pre-registered): 108/142 (76.1%) Outside across Financial 30, Physics 18, RealWorld 90, Synthetic 4 substrates — first systematic Port B α=0.1 fingerprint map of the full 188-substrate registry. Measurement completeness: 188/188 (100%); 1,880 total runs (460 Track 1 + 1,420 Appendix); 0 failed runs. Pre-registration violations: 0. Cumulative self-corrections: 27. Engine: PhiliaCEI_PortA (Wilson-Cowan C/E/I oscillator, LOCKED: theta_e=3.0, tau_i=2.5, c_ee=4.0, C_drive=0.20). Active probe: Port B α=0.1, native-period-matched sine modulation. Input scaling: Rank normalization [0.5, 2.0]. Seeds: 50–59 (5th independent batch).
