PHILIA OS Phase 2 — Active Sensing Confirmatory Results Report (96th DOI)

This document constitutes the 96th DOI of the PHILIA OS research series (Trinity AI Research Team, Konyang University), reporting the confirmatory and supplementary results of the Phase 2 Active Sensing Experiment. Pre-registration DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21212553 (96th — Active Sensing Pre-registration) Confirmatory Results (Track 1, seeds 20–29, T=40,000):- H-96-Primary: CONFIRMED — mul_self α=0.5 reproduces Chaos 10/20 = 50.0% outside the recalibrated AR(1) boundary, meeting the pre-registered ≥50% threshold exactly at the pre-registered threshold.- H-96-Secondary: NOT CONFIRMED — AR1 false positive rate = 3/26 (ar1_phi09, ar1_phi095, ar2_neg). All three FP substrates are within 0.004 units of the canonical AR1 boundary — boundary instability rather than structural misclassification. Supplementary findings (non-pre-registered):- 188/188 measurement success (100%) under mul_self α=0.5 — oscillation loss fully resolved.- bidmc_ecg extreme T-effect (Δseq_AC1 = +0.929, largest observed in the 188-substrate dataset): physiologically consistent with the difference between short-window HRV variability (T=40,000, ≈320 seconds at 125Hz) and long-duration cardiac rhythm dominance (T=full, ≈763 seconds).- 188-substrate full mul_self map completed (Track 1: 36/188 outside = 19.1%; Track 2: 31/188 = 16.5% provisional). Engine: PhiliaCEI_PortA (Wilson-Cowan C/E/I oscillator, LOCKED: theta_e=3.0, tau_i=2.5, c_ee=4.0, C_drive=0.20). Input Scaling Layer: Rank normalization [0.5, 2.0]. Active probe: mul_self α=0.5 — x_input_t = rank(x_t) × (1 + 0.5 × tone[t−1]), clip [0.5, 2.0].
