At group scale, kJ-modulated potential produces "turnaround radius" Rta≈3.2kpc with ∼10%oscillation ring. Physical Origin: Soliton–NFW transition + κt-flow shear; here Rsolgrouprefers to the effective soliton radius at cluster scale (distinct from the Galactic RsolGalin P2). Obs Strategy: Nearby group weak lensing (Coma etc.) mass profiles, seek local peak‑valley at Rta. Discriminatory Power: 3.2 kpc maps kJto small scales; inseparable from lensing ℓ0(P5, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21188916) + 21‑cm kJ(P3, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.21197950).
