Abstract

This paper introduces Global Valuation Markets, a novel financial infrastructure designed to trade intangible assets through synthetic spot instruments based on the Intellectual Property Stock Exchange (IPSX) v3.3-Evolution framework. The proposed system enables direct, decentralized valuation of corporate intangible property (IP) and AI models, resolving the failure of traditional accounting standards to capitalize intellectual property 10.5281/zenodo.20687136, 10.5281/zenodo.20589707.
