Diagnostic accuracy (sensitivity, specificity, and predictive accuracy) for predicting coronary artery diseasesurrogate

R wave amplitude changes during exercise stress testing are more sensitive but less specific than ST segment depression for detecting coronary artery disease, and are associated with left ventricular impairment.
