The transition probability of the phonon-assisted Auger process is calculated using second order perturbation theory. Compared with the phonon-less process the result is obtained, that both the processes are in competition for room temperature. But for temperatures about 100 K the weak temperature dependent phonon-assisted process is by a factor of 105 more probable.
