症例は89歳，女性．2005年2月右乳癌に対して乳房温存術+腋窩リンパ節郭清施行（右AC領域 T2N0M0 stage IIA．invasive ductal carcinoma，papillotubular type）．術後残存乳房に放射線治療を施行した．術後より右上肢および右乳房の浮腫が著明であった．2011年3月および2013年3月と残存乳腺に腫瘤が出現し，2011年当初は乳癌の乳腺内再発と診断されたが，2013年3月摘出標本で乳腺血管肉腫と診断がつき，見直しにて2011年の標本も血管肉腫と診断された．その後，皮内および皮下への転移・再発を繰り返し，現在Docetaxel（30mg/m21投1休）による化学療法にて加療中である．今回われわれは，乳癌に対する乳房温存術後に発生した乳腺血管肉腫の1例を経験したので報告をする．
