Primary angiosarcoma of the breast is associated with high rates of distant recurrence and mortality, though tumor size ≤2 cm at diagnosis predicts a significantly better prognosis.
May support tumor size-based risk stratification in rare breast angiosarcoma; leaves open prospective validation before guiding care.
