乳腺原発の血管肉腫は全乳腺悪性腫瘍の0.04%を占める極めて稀な疾患である.今回われわれは血管肉腫の1例を経験したので報告する.症例は32歳,女性.右乳房腫瘤を主訴に来院した.腫瘍は8.5cm大,弾性硬であり,触診,画像診断,細胞診から血管系組織由来の腫瘍が疑われた.切除生検を施行し,乳腺原発の血管肉腫と診断されたため,胸筋温存乳房切除術を施行した.術後補助療法として2年間にわたりIL-2を投与した.現在まで術後6年間再発なく生存している.症例を報告するとともに文献的考察を加えた.
