Anticoagulation may enable term delivery after recurrent miscarriage in lupus anticoagulant but risks severe bleeding; leaves open net benefit and optimal regimen.
This case suggests that patients with lupus anticoagulant and habitual abortion may benefit from anticoagulation during pregnancy, possibly combined with steroids to depress the LA level.
