Tricuspid prolapse may coexist with mitral prolapse; case reports leave open whether routine right ventricular angiography is indicated.
In cases suggesting congenital mitral valve prolapse with systolic click and late systolic murmur, both right and left ventricular injections are recommended to evaluate for concurrent tricuspid valve prolapse.
