Synthetische Analoge des Hypertensins. VI. α‐L‐Asp(NH₂)¹‐aza‐α′‐homo‐Tyr⁴‐Val⁵‐Hypertensin II und β‐L‐Asp¹‐aza‐α′‐homo‐Tyr⁴‐Val⁵‐Hypertensin II

The use of the C URTIUS azide method for the synthesis of peptides is known to produce urea derivatives as side‐products due to partial rearrangement of the azide to an isocyanate. As model compounds for this type of reaction the two urea analogues of Val 5 ‐hypertensin II mentioned in the title have been synthesised.
