Patch release improves coarse-graining and gravito-magnetic accountability in a unified framework, indicating enhanced experimental utility.
This patch release vΩ.10.1 addresses five critical gaps identified in the vΩ.10-FINAL baseline: (1) explicit functional forms for the state-dependent weight functions W_A(L_c) governing the coarse-graining flow; (2) incorporation of the Gravito-Magnetic (G–M) coupling α_GM^eff into the five emergence equations, anchoring the SMHDL experimental protocol; (3) a transparent accounting of the vΩ.20.2 quark-confinement predictive failure and its protective-band remediation strategy; (4) temporal evolution of the black-hole information-saturation shield in cosmological contexts; and (5) the dynamic energy-momentum exchange term Q_ν under non-stationary coarse-graining. We prove the universality class of the Gaussian coarse-graining kernel and derive the physical necessity of c_0 = c from the dominance of the gravitational string state in the L_c → ∞ limit. The patch preserves full backward compatibility with vΩ.10 while rendering the framework numerically executable and experimentally anchored.
