Bu et al. (2008) studied Hypertension and left ventricular remodeling (n=24). Tong-xin-luo capsule (TXL) vs. Untreated SHR group and WKY control group (0.9% NaCl) was evaluated on NF-κB P65 expression and ventricular remodeling (p=P<0.01, P<0.05). In spontaneously hypertensive rats, Tong-xin-luo capsule inhibited ventricular remodeling and suppressed NF-κB P65 expression compared with the untreated SHR group (P<0.01, P<0.05).
