The increasing demand for efficient thermal management systems in engineering and industrial applications, such as polymer processing, and advanced cooling technologies motivated research. The magneto-micropolar fluid model, characterized by its ability to capture microrotation effects and magnetic interactions, provides a robust basis for understanding fluid dynamics complexity in such circumstances. The study aims to elucidate the influence of varying temperature-dependent thermal conductivity and chemical diffusivity on flow, heat transfer, and mass transport. A computational model is created to investigate the effects of Soret and Dufour on the heat and mass transport of a micropolar fluid undergoing a chemical reaction in the presence of magnetohydrodynamics (MHD). The equations governing the boundary layer for momentum and energy are converted into nonlinear ordinary differential equations using similarity solutions. These equations are then solved numerically using the shooting method and the Runge-Kutta Fehlberg integration scheme. The numerical solution is obtained by considering the appropriate boundary conditions. The analysis investigates the impact of several parameters on velocity, temperature, and concentration fields. According to the results, the specific heating conditions significantly impacted the velocity, temperature, and concentration fields. The physical parameters of Nusselt number, pair stress, and skin friction are examined and compared with prior research.
