Research on AIGC Empowering Regional Cultural and Creative Symbol Classification and Art Design Scheme Generation

The deep integration of cultural development and the digital economy has made regional cultural and creative industries an important carrier for traditional culture transformation and creative design innovation. As the core material of cultural and creative design, the excavation, classification, and transformation of regional cultural symbols directly affect the cultural connotation and market value of creative products. Current regional cultural and creative design faces problems such as scattered symbol systems, inefficient manual classification, homogenized design innovation, weak integration between culture and design, and insufficient digital transformation capability. This paper proposes an AIGC-enabled framework for regional cultural and creative symbol classification and art design scheme generation. Based on semiotics and design theory, a multidimensional quantitative indicator system for regional cultural symbols is constructed. A CNN-ViT fusion model is used for fine-grained symbol classification, and a Cultural-AIGC generation model integrates cultural constraints and visual style parameters to generate design schemes. The study provides a technical path for intelligent classification, controllable generation, and digital transformation of regional cultural symbols.
