Sensory spread and hemodynamic effects (including cardiac output, heart rate, mean arterial blood pressure, cardiac index, pulmonary capillary wedge pressure, central venous pressure, and pulmonary vascular resistance)surrogate

Low-dose thoracic epidural anesthesia provides effective sensory block with minimal cardiovascular changes and preserved cardiac output.
