25 patients with an aneurysm of the thoracic aorta associated with congenital bicuspid aortic valve, mean age 53 years, 20 males and 5 females.

Surgical treatment (valved conduit operation, aortic valve replacement and wrapping of the ascending aorta, or graft replacement of the ascending/descending aorta or aortic arch)
