Conceptual analysis demonstrates an integrated innovation management framework in preschool educational organizations, highlighting the role of continuous organizational learning.
Contemporary preschool education requires management systems capable of supporting organizational adaptation, professional development, and sustainable innovation. In this context, innovation should not be understood merely as the introduction of new pedagogical technologies, but as a coordinated process involving strategic planning, staff participation, digital capacity, resource allocation, evaluation, and continuous improvement. This conceptual and analytical paper examines four complementary approaches to innovation management in preschool educational organizations: strategic, digital, participatory, and evaluation -based management. The analysis demons trates that the effectiveness of innovation depends not only on the selection of appropriate practices but also on an organization’s capacity to implement, evaluate, adapt, and sustain them. Based on this perspective, an integrated innovation management cycle is proposed, connecting modern management approaches, innovation implementation, evaluation and monitoring, and continuous improvement. The framework conceptualizes innovation management as an ongoing organizational capability rather than a one-time intervention. This perspective provides a conceptual basis for strengthening managerial effectiveness, professional engagement, organizational learning, and sustainable quality improvement in preschool education.
