T1, T2, and T1ρ measurements are reported for a blended fiber of polyethylene and polypropylene prepared by the “surface growth” technique. The data support the view that the fiber contains mixed crystalline regions of each pure component that may weakly interact via spin diffusion. A tentative model is proposed for the blended fiber.
