Enamel hypoplasia, a developmental defect of enamel, presents a significant esthetic and functional concern, especially in young individuals. This case report describes a conservative and highly esthetic treatment using lithium disilicate ceramic veneers (IPS e.max Press) for a 16-year-old female patient who presented with generalized enamel hypoplasia and sought treatment specifically for the maxillary anterior teeth.Minimal labio-incisal lapping preparation was performed, preserving as much enamel as possible to ensure optimal bonding, and the final restorations were fabricated in shade 2M1.
