For part I see ibid., vol.27, p.2644 (1994). Experimental results on radiofrequency field emission are presented. These followed the development of a special cavity built for this purpose. Intense pulsed electric fields may be applied on removal samples that have been submitted to various treatments (chemical etching, firing or artificial contamination). We summarize here the main features observed, compiled from about 100 tests done up to now.
