We model the electron--proton system as a Coulomb resonator with stationary resonant modes. Its non-inertial response and intrinsic Coulomb times give a small parameter ordering the jerk--snap truncation. The central physical picture is that each stationary Coulomb-resonator mode can resonantly re-radiate energy supplied by a broadband non-inertial background while remaining in that mode. The leading jerk contribution defines a ground-mode energy scale of 9.10 meV and parameter-free characteristic wavelength shifts for hydrogen-like reference intervals. Their interpretation as stationary spectral corrections requires an explicit non-inertial power balance.
