This study examines the geometric dynamics of electromagnetic motion by defining an effective volume swept per unit time, Q = πr²v. The Solar System is used as a large-scale laboratory of motion rather than as proof that planetary or satellite motion is electromagnetic. Across orbital systems, the study develops a three-stage structure: volume swept per unit time, a center-specific volumetric scale C = Q/r^(3/2), and a dimensionless geometric closure X = (4Q × angular velocity)/(4πR²g), whose ideal value is X = 1. The proposed framework links volumetric motion, angular motion, and spherical central geometry without relying on mass-based gravitational parameters.
