Exercise-induced ischemia links to right-chest RS-T elevation and maximal left precordial depression.
Why the study?
The characteristics of the extremity and circumferential chest lead electrocardiogram in induced generalized coronary insufficiency were studied to understand RS-T alterations during exercise.

May guide multi-lead ECG exploration in ischemia; leaves open validation before any practice change.
CHESKY et al. (1951) conducted an observational in Generalized coronary insufficiency (n=8). Extremity and circumferential chest lead electrocardiogram during exercise was evaluated on RS-T alterations. Exercise-induced coronary insufficiency produced RS-T elevation over the right chest and maximal RS-T depression in left unipolar precordial leads representing maximal R wave voltage.
