This article analyzes the psychological and physiological factors influencing the improvement of shooting effectiveness within the modern military training system. Particular attention is given to the psychological resilience and stress tolerance of military personnel, breathing control skills, muscular coordination, as well as scientifically grounded methods for identifying and correcting individual errors. The article substantiates the need to improve shooting training through a comprehensive and integrated approach.
