This study aims to examine and describe the management of a discipline culture in enhancing student competitiveness, as well as to identify the factors supporting and hindering the implementation of this management at SMK Negeri 2 Pamekasan. A descriptive qualitative research method was employed. Data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving the principal, the vice-principal for student affairs, guidance and counseling teachers, subject and vocational teachers, and students. Data analysis involved data collection, reduction, and presentation, followed by conclusion drawing and verification. The results indicate that the management of the discipline culture at SMK Negeri 2 Pamekasan is carried out through planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation. The application of the discipline culture involves enforcing school regulations and fostering habits regarding punctuality, neatness, orderly classroom conduct, attendance, and student responsibility in both theoretical and practical activities. Supporting factors include the school's firmness, teachers setting a good example, parental support, and consistent guidance. Conversely, hindering factors include the diverse backgrounds of students, a lack of disciplinary awareness among some students, and external environmental influences. Efforts to address these issues include providing guidance, direction, and supervision, setting a positive example, and encouraging students to observe rules based on personal awareness and responsibility.
