The community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of managers at TBM Pojok Pustaka in Majenang, Cilacap, in producing creative content for social media, particularly photos and videos. The partners face challenges in documenting and promoting literacy activities in the digital era, lacking technical skills in content production and social media management. The method used is participatory action research with five stages: socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The training was conducted on August 2, 2026, at the Majenang District Hall with 33 participants. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge from an average of 28.6% (pre-test) to 84.7% (post-test), an improvement of 56.1%. A total of 72.7% of participants achieved scores ≥ 80 on the post-test, exceeding the target of improving skills from 30% to 80%. The activity also provided appropriate technology packages including tripods, ring lights, microphones, and literacy books to support program sustainability. This training is recommended for replication in other community reading parks with contextual adjustments.
